Many landlords underestimate the importance of a thorough and professional inventory, but this is increasingly important to make sure that you are able to claim for what is needed from a tenants deposit at the end of a tenancy. We provide a free photographic inventory for each property that we rent, or can prepare inventories on an ad hoc basis if required. Our inventories include descriptions of each room and item, condition markings, thumbnail photographs, and a full index of all photographs at the end of the report.
